Groups & Ministries
At River Oaks Christian Church, we are excited to be able to offer Bible School classes for all ages from Pre-School to Senior Adults. Bible School is a vital part of our Spiritual equipping. We strive to use materials that are geared for each specific age group. Our teachers are dedicated and faithful to share the truth of God’s Word with all who attend. Bible School is a great place to meet other Christians for growth and fellowship. Christian University was developed to assist in the systematic growth of each individual adult Christian in their walk with God. Brochures are available on request. These classes meet during the Bible School hour.
ROC Christian Church Youth Activities
At River Oaks we offer plenty of different ways for youth to get involved. We believe that church is meant to be pro-active, and as such youth need to be active in their faith. We don’t believe that our faith can grow by sitting in church; our faith will grow when it is stretched and moved. That is why we believe in our River Oaks Christian Church Youth Activities.
Women’s Ministry
The ROC’s women’s ministry consists of monthly meetings, weekly bible studies, weekly prayer group, a women’s retreat, and various social gatherings. These are just a few of the activities our ladies are involved in. The ROC Women also serve in many other various areas of the church helping both members of the church and the surrounding community as well.
Some of the other areas the women serve in are prayer chain, ROCC Food Pantry, fellowship and holiday dinners, community Christmas dinner, funeral dinners, foot to shut-ins, bridal and baby showers, floral arrangements, teaching (from nursery through teens), and youth coaching for special events and trips.
Children Ministry
One of the most overlooked groups in our churches today is the children. This is why we deliberately have things for our Jenks Children Ministry. In our efforts to offer the Gospel to all people we have many opportunities for children and young families to get involved.
Ministry Teams
Jenks Church Ministry Teams are a very important part to the growth of the people that attend River Oaks Christian Church. We would not be able to accomplish anything without the time and hard work that our Jenks Church Ministry Teams put in each week.

Missions
Jenks Church Missions is one of our goals here at the ROCC. Christ gave in His great commission the charge to go into all the world and preach to all nations. River Oaks Christian Church believes in Missions. Below are the current Jenks Church Missions that we support. Our current level of support is 10% of our general fund giving each week, as well as with prayer.
